Northlake began as a complete remodel, but little of the original home remained. The existing structure was essentially stripped away and reimagined from the ground up, creating an entirely new expression of the home. The design takes cues from European architecture while interpreting them through a modern lens, resulting in spaces that feel refined and timeless without feeling overly traditional.

Warm natural materials, softened architectural forms, and carefully layered finishes give Northlake its sense of ease and character. Clean lines are balanced by organic textures and subtle European detailing, creating a home that feels sophisticated yet comfortable. Every element was intentionally considered to create a cohesive environment—one that feels established, welcoming, and quietly luxurious while being completely different from what came before.
